Watermiser employs a unique method of manufacture, utilising latest techniques and materials, to ensure high and consistent quality. The external surface of the casing has a gel coat finish. Internally a resin rich finish gives a smooth surface with high resistance to impact and abrasion.

GRP tower casings are completely non-corroding and do not require any routine painting etc. GRP is inert to attack from aggressive water treatment regimes and sterilising chemicals. Each tower casing is manufactured in a maximum of two mouldings, and hence only one joint, unlike the majority of steel towers that are constructed in panels with a host of fixings, flanges and sealant materials.
